New Meeting Idea

I once again listed all of the meeting ideas I could think about and my favorite out of the list I had was the meeting of above and below. The basis of this idea is that it would be a public space much like a park where people can come hang out, have lunch, have a chance meeting etc. But since there isn't much space around the boatshed area the space would be situated under the boatsheds underground and the boatsheds themselves would act as entrance to this space.
